Thank you for shopping at Natura Electronics. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding delivery of products purchased through our website or in-store.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms.

🚚 Delivery Areas

We currently offer shipping and delivery services in:

  • Delhi NCR

  • Gurugram

  • Selected nearby regions (for bulk orders or based on request)

For areas outside our regular service zones, contact us before placing your order.

⏱️ Delivery Timelines

Note: Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed the next working day.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • 🚚 FREE Delivery on all orders within 10 km of our store

  • For distances beyond 10 km: ₹150 – ₹500, based on location and order size

  • Bulk or corporate orders may have custom shipping terms

Free Installation

 

We provide free installation for the following:

  • LED TVs

  • Air Conditioners

  • Washing Machines

Our technician will visit your home within 24–48 hours after delivery to complete the installation.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are confirmed via phone or email before dispatch.

  • Products are carefully packed to ensure damage-free delivery.

  • You will receive a tracking update or delivery confirmation once the product is dispatched.

📋 Pre-Delivery Checklist

Before accepting the delivery:

  • Ensure product packaging is not damaged or tampered

  • Check invoice and warranty card inside the box

  • Confirm product match as per your order

If there are any issues, please notify our team immediately during delivery.

❌ Failed Deliveries / Re-delivery

If no one is available to receive the order:

  • We will attempt to contact you to reschedule

  • Re-delivery may incur additional charges for long-distance areas

🔄 Order Changes or Cancellation

  • Orders can be changed or cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible unless due to delivery failure or damage

❗ Delayed Deliveries

While we try to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to:

  • Heavy rains or bad weather

  • Local lockdowns or traffic restrictions

  • Stock shortages or high order volume during festivals
